Description

A refreshing summer punch infused with juicy watermelon and zesty lime, perfect for any warm-weather gathering.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups seedless watermelon, diced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Extra lime slices for garnish
  • 0.5 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 2 cups cold sparkling water
  • 1 cup cold club soda
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend the diced watermelon, lime juice, mint leaves, and agave syrup until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to separate the pulp.
  3. Add the cold sparkling water and club soda, gently stirring to combine.
  4. Chill with ice cubes and stir thoroughly.
