Description

Indulge in a rich and moist Turtle Caramel Cake, featuring layered chocolate, caramel, and pecans, topped with fluffy whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • Additional chocolate and caramel for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your cake pan.
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  4. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter, then sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  5. Cover with the remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
  8. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with additional caramel and chocolate before serving.
