- 1 lb Ground Beef or Chicken
- 2 cups Fluffy Rice
- 2 cups Lettuce, chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
- 1 can Black or Pinto Beans
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Guacamole
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
- Assemble the taco bowls by layering the cooked rice in serving bowls.
- Add the seasoned meat on top of the rice.
- Layer with cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and bell peppers.
- Finish by adding sour cream, guacamole, and salsa before serving.
