Description

A flavorful taco bowl filled with seasoned meat, fluffy rice, fresh veggies, and delicious toppings, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Chicken
  • 2 cups Fluffy Rice
  • 2 cups Lettuce, chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 1 can Black or Pinto Beans
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
  3. Assemble the taco bowls by layering the cooked rice in serving bowls.
  4. Add the seasoned meat on top of the rice.
  5. Layer with cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and bell peppers.
  6. Finish by adding sour cream, guacamole, and salsa before serving.

Notes

Customize with additional toppings like corn, olives, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
