Description

A comforting stuffed meatloaf filled with flavorful veggies and topped with a sweet glaze, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the ground beef, Stove Top Stuffing mix, water, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf form, about 8 inches long and 5 inches wide.
  4. Transfer the formed loaf into a greased baking dish and generously spread ketchup over the top.
  5. Bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour, or until its internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make-ahead option available: prepare the mixture the night before and refrigerate. Consider air frying for quicker cooking.
