Description

Deliciously rich blondies infused with fresh strawberries and creamy white chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh strawberry juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until combined, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Whisk powdered sugar and strawberry juice for the glaze while cooling.
  10. Drizzle the glaze on top of the blondies once cool, allow to set, then cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
