- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Blend the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee and lay half in a single layer in a serving dish.
- Layer half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then add half of the sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and strawberries.
- Chill for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
