Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth with an electric mixer.
- Fold in whipped cream and crushed strawberries to create the filling.
- Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, melted butter, strawberry cake mix, and granulated sugar in another bowl.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Spread the creamy strawberry mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
