Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  4. Incorporate the pureed strawberries into the mixture.
  5. Prepare the dry ingredients by whisking together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  7. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
