Description

Delicious jalapeño poppers stuffed with creamy chicken and spicy buffalo sauce, perfect for game-day snacking.


Ingredients

  • 8 large jalapeño peppers
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Halve the jalapeños lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and membranes.
  3. Mix the chicken, blue cheese, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spoon the filling into each jalapeño half generously.
  5. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is bubbling.
  7. Garnish with additional buffalo sauce, blue cheese, and chives.
  8. Serve with celery sticks and dipping sauce.
