- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 lb Ground Meat (beef, turkey, or sausage)
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Basil, Oregano, or Parsley)
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the beaten egg, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella in a mixing bowl.
- Grease your pie dish, then press the spaghetti mixture firmly across the bottom and up the sides to create a crust.
- Cook your ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain any excess fat.
- Add herbs, salt, and pepper to the browned meat and stir until well mixed.
- Spoon the seasoned meat mixture over the spaghetti crust.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Feel free to customize with different vegetables or meats. This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
