- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, dark, or white)
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 4 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat, stirring frequently.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Incorporate the vanilla extract and salt, mixing well.
- Mix the popcorn into a large bowl, drizzling the melted marshmallow mixture over it.
- Add the chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Shape the mixture into balls using greased hands.
- Set the popcorn balls on a lined baking sheet to cool for about 30 minutes.
Notes
Store the popcorn balls in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe bag for up to a month.
