A delightful twist on the classic S’mores, these popcorn balls are crispy, chewy, and packed with the flavors of toasted marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups popcorn (air-popped or microwave, unsalted)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, dark, or white)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Incorporate the vanilla extract and salt, mixing well.
  4. Mix the popcorn into a large bowl, drizzling the melted marshmallow mixture over it.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers, ensuring everything is well coated.
  6. Shape the mixture into balls using greased hands.
  7. Set the popcorn balls on a lined baking sheet to cool for about 30 minutes.
