Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl and whisk until unified.
- Pour in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, then stir until the mixture forms a smooth dough.
- Press half of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, followed by a layer of mini marshmallows.
- Crumble the remaining dough on top of the chocolate and marshmallows.
- Bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
