Description

Delightful S’mores Bars capture the nostalgic flavors of the classic campfire treat in a convenient bar form, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl and whisk until unified.
  3. Pour in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, then stir until the mixture forms a smooth dough.
  4. Press half of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, followed by a layer of mini marshmallows.
  6. Crumble the remaining dough on top of the chocolate and marshmallows.
  7. Bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store S’mores Bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
