- 1 ½ cups Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1 cup Chocolate (Milk or Dark), chopped
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the melted butter with crushed graham crackers and sugar until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a sturdy crust.
- Layer chocolate pieces over the graham cracker crust.
- Top with mini marshmallows, spreading them evenly.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden-brown.
- Let the bars cool completely before lifting them out and cutting into squares.
Notes
These bars can be made ahead and taste even better after a day in the fridge. For a twist, try using an air fryer at 300°F for 8-10 minutes.
