Description

Indulge in layers of crunchy graham crackers, melty chocolate, and gooey marshmallows with these easy-to-make S’more Candy Bars.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup Chocolate (Milk or Dark), chopped
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix the melted butter with crushed graham crackers and sugar until it resembles wet sand.
  5. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a sturdy crust.
  6. Layer chocolate pieces over the graham cracker crust.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows, spreading them evenly.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden-brown.
  9. Let the bars cool completely before lifting them out and cutting into squares.

Notes

These bars can be made ahead and taste even better after a day in the fridge. For a twist, try using an air fryer at 300°F for 8-10 minutes.
