Instructions
- Combine your active sourdough starter, flour, warm water, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Lightly sprinkle flour on a clean work surface. Transfer the dough and knead it for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise at room temperature for about 240 minutes.
- After the rise, gently deflate the dough and shape it into a round loaf.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place your shaped loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, and press it slightly into the dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
