Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the high-protein flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry mixture.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each piece into rounds.
- Poke a hole in the center of each round to create a bagel shape.
- Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
