Description

Delightful chewy bagels infused with protein and topped with vibrant rainbow sprinkles, perfect for breakfast or a festive treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups high-protein flour
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the high-protein flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry mixture.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each piece into rounds.
  5. Poke a hole in the center of each round to create a bagel shape.
  6. Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
