Description

Comforting and delicious buns filled with shredded chicken, creamy mayonnaise, and gooey cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Soft Bread Dough
  • Cooked Chicken, Shredded (2 cups)
  • Shredded Cheese (1 cup)
  • Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
  • Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Onion Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.
  5. Spoon a portion of chicken mixture onto each square and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Arrange the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
