Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the meatball mixture by combining ground beef, rice, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Arrange the meatballs in a baking dish closely together.
- Make the sauce by mixing the tomato sauce and water in a separate bowl.
- Cover the meatballs with the sauce.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
