Description

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup additional sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the dry mixture to the wet batter, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the diced peaches.
  7. Drop generous mounds of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle the tops with additional sugar.
