Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine almond flour, shredded Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl until light and frothy.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the parsley, if using.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
