- 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Sear the tenderloin in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest the tenderloin for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Prepare the gravy by melting butter, whisking in flour, then gradually adding chicken broth and heavy cream until thickened.
- Slice the tenderloin and serve with the creamy gravy drizzled on top.
