Description

Succulent pork tenderloin roasted to perfection with a zesty, creamy gravy, creating a delightful family meal or festive gathering centerpiece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork with a mixture of olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
  3. Sear the tenderloin in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Rest the tenderloin for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Prepare the gravy by melting butter, whisking in flour, then gradually adding chicken broth and heavy cream until thickened.
  7. Slice the tenderloin and serve with the creamy gravy drizzled on top.

Notes

Allow the pork to rest before slicing for maximum juiciness. Consider seasoning it in advance for deeper flavor.
