- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Add marinara sauce over the meatballs once baked.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
