Description

Delicious oven-baked meatballs, golden brown and immersed in marinara sauce with melted mozzarella, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Add marinara sauce over the meatballs once baked.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
