Description

Delightful no-bake cheesecake bites with a creamy rich filling and a crunchy graham cracker coating, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup pink velvet cake mix (or strawberry cake mix)
  • Graham cracker crumbs for coating
  • Pink food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Incorporate the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping and pink velvet cake mix until well-blended. If desired, add pink food coloring and mix gently.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for about 30 minutes.
  5. Use a scoop or tablespoon to portion out the cheesecake mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  7. Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray and chill until ready to serve.
