Description

Delicious and easy no-bake peanut butter granola cups, perfect for a quick snack or dessert, packed with wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the granola, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Stir until everything is mixed thoroughly.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Spoon the mixture into each muffin liner, pressing down firmly to pack the mixture tightly.
  4. Refrigerate the tray for at least 30 minutes to let the cups firm up.
  5. Remove the cups from the muffin tin and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Great for meal prep! These cups can be made in advance and stored for a week. Customize with dried fruits or seeds for extra nutrition.
