- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup M&Ms
- 1 cup chocolate melts or chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- Combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat together until creamy and fluffy—about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the all-purpose flour, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. The dough should be smooth and thick.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the cookie dough mixture into cupcake liners or silicone cups, pressing down gently.
- Melt the chocolate melts or chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over each cup, ensuring everything is well-coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a decadent experience, try adding sea salt on top of the melted chocolate.
