Description

Delightful no-bake treats combining creamy cookie dough with crunchy M&Ms, all enrobed in a chocolate shell.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms
  • 1 cup chocolate melts or chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat together until creamy and fluffy—about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix in the all-purpose flour, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. The dough should be smooth and thick.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
  4. Spoon the cookie dough mixture into cupcake liners or silicone cups, pressing down gently.
  5. Melt the chocolate melts or chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over each cup, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a decadent experience, try adding sea salt on top of the melted chocolate.
