Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Cook the sliced chicken for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sliced veggies, stirring for another 5-7 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
  4. Season with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for another couple of minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
