Description

A tropical delight featuring salmon fillets marinated in a sweet mango teriyaki sauce, delivering an exquisite blend of flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 1 cup Mango Puree
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice (optional)
  • Assorted Seasonal Vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the marinade by combining the mango puree, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili flakes in a medium bowl.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in a large Ziplock bag or a shallow baking dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook the salmon on the grill or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 15-20 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve the salmon over a bed of jasmine rice with seasonal vegetables on the side.

Notes

Feel free to customize the marinade with different fruits or herbs. For a quicker cooking method, use an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
