Description

  • 1 lb Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Lemon, Juiced
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Parsley, Chopped (for Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the angel hair pasta, cooking it according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and toss it lightly with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the pan, sautéing for about one minute.
  4. Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the skillet, spacing them out. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Add Lemon and Seasoning: Squeeze in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine with Pasta: Gently add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together.
  7. Serve and Garnish: Plate the dish immediately and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For a vegetarian twist, substitute shrimp with grilled vegetables. Feel free to add red pepper flakes or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
