Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the angel hair pasta, cooking it according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and toss it lightly with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Sauté the Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the pan, sautéing for about one minute.
- Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the skillet, spacing them out. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add Lemon and Seasoning: Squeeze in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine with Pasta: Gently add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together.
- Serve and Garnish: Plate the dish immediately and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
