Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, then fold in the ground cinnamon.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring with a spatula until just combined.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely in the baking dish on a cooling rack.
- Mix the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth, adjusting for consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
