Description

Crispy bacon encases tender asparagus in these keto-friendly bundles, delivering a savory and satisfying bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 8 slices thin-cut bacon
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Divide the trimmed asparagus into eight equal bundles.
  4. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss gently.
  5. Wrap each asparagus bundle snugly in one slice of bacon and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 18 to 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
  7. Sprinkle each bundle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately while hot.
