- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 8 slices thin-cut bacon
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the trimmed asparagus into eight equal bundles.
- Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss gently.
- Wrap each asparagus bundle snugly in one slice of bacon and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 18 to 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
- Sprinkle each bundle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
