Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes, following the package instructions.
- Drain and cool: Once cooked, drain the pasta and allow it to cool.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooled rotini, chopped kale, sliced grilled chicken, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Use tongs to gently toss together.
