Experience Caribbean flavors with this Jerk Chicken & Mango Slaw Bowl featuring spicy, tender chicken and a refreshing mango slaw.

- 2 lbs Jerk Seasoned Chicken (thighs or breasts)
- 1 ripe Mango, diced
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 2 Lime wedges
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups Rice or Fresh Greens
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in jerk seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken on a grill or in an oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Prepare the slaw by mixing the diced mango, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions.
- Make the honey-lime cream by whisking together honey, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and lime juice.
- Assemble your bowl with grilled chicken on a bed of rice or fresh greens, topped with mango slaw.
- Drizzle with honey-lime cream and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
Notes
