- 1 package of sausage links
- 1 package of jalapeños, sliced and seeded
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (Cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and sliced jalapeños in a mixing bowl.
- Open the can of crescent roll dough and roll it out on a clean surface.
- Cut the rolled dough into triangles.
- Place a sausage link and a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough around the sausage and filling.
- Place the poppers on a baking sheet, spaced evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
