Description

Deliciously rich cookies infused with Irish cream and loaded with chocolate chips, perfect for sharing and indulging.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the Irish cream, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
