- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the Irish cream, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
