Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Zest of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime zest, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until cohesive.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken and pineapple chunks onto soaked skewers.
- Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate chicken overnight in the fridge. You can also substitute chicken with shrimp, beef, or firm tofu.
