Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, blending until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Carefully fold in the crushed pineapple and shredded coconut. Add marshmallows if using.
- Spoon the mixture into a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
