- 1 package frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, diced onion, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl. Stir until cohesive.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
