Description

A comforting casserole featuring crispy tater tots, savory diced ham, and creamy cheese sauce, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Incorporate the diced ham and half of the shredded cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare a greased 9×13 baking dish and spread the frozen tater tots evenly in the bottom.
  5. Combine the creamy ham mixture over the tater tots evenly.
  6. Cheesy delight by sprinkling the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, before serving.
