- 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce

- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved

- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Heat your skillet: Place a heavy skillet over medium heat and drizzle in olive oil.
- Season the chicken: In a bowl, mix garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper, then rub on the chicken breasts.
- Cook the chicken: Add chicken to your skillet and sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Add cherry tomatoes and olives: In the last minutes of cooking, add the tomatoes and olives, letting them warm through.
- Sprinkle with feta: Remove chicken from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
- Serve with tzatziki: Plate the chicken with a dollop of tzatziki sauce and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
