Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet: Place a heavy skillet over medium heat and drizzle in olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken: In a bowl, mix garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper, then rub on the chicken breasts.
  3. Cook the chicken: Add chicken to your skillet and sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and olives: In the last minutes of cooking, add the tomatoes and olives, letting them warm through.
  5. Sprinkle with feta: Remove chicken from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
  6. Serve with tzatziki: Plate the chicken with a dollop of tzatziki sauce and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Notes
