- 1 lb large peeled and deveined shrimp
- 8 flour or corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the cleaned shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), sriracha, lime juice, and honey in a separate bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble your tacos by placing shrimp, shredded cabbage, and cilantro on each tortilla, then topping with lime juice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Store shrimp and tacos separately for up to 3 days. Reheat shrimp in the air fryer for about 5 minutes.
