- 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Set aside the pork chops on a plate.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine the pork chops back in the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Serve plated, drizzled with sauce and garnished with parsley.
Notes
Let pork chops sit at room temperature for even cooking; use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
