Description

Tender pork chops seared to perfection and enveloped in a luscious garlic-Parmesan cream sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Set aside the pork chops on a plate.
  6. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet for about 30 seconds.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Combine the pork chops back in the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
  10. Serve plated, drizzled with sauce and garnished with parsley.

Notes

Let pork chops sit at room temperature for even cooking; use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
