Description

A flavorful sandwich featuring juicy grilled chicken, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes, all wrapped in garlic buttered toast.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, or ciabatta)
  • Lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
