A playful treat combining crunchy Fruity Pebbles and sweet marshmallows, rolled into sushi for a fun dessert experience.

- 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup creamy filling (Nutella, cream cheese, or whipped cream)
- Optional: Slices of fruit (strawberries, bananas, or kiwi)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in the Fruity Pebbles until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture onto wax paper and press into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spread your creamy filling evenly over the rectangle.
- If using, layer fruit slices on top of the filling.
- Roll the mixture tightly into a log shape using the wax paper as a guide.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Slice into sushi rolls about one inch thick and serve.
