Description

A playful treat combining crunchy Fruity Pebbles and sweet marshmallows, rolled into sushi for a fun dessert experience.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy filling (Nutella, cream cheese, or whipped cream)
  • Optional: Slices of fruit (strawberries, bananas, or kiwi)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly mix in the Fruity Pebbles until well-coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto wax paper and press into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Spread your creamy filling evenly over the rectangle.
  6. If using, layer fruit slices on top of the filling.
  7. Roll the mixture tightly into a log shape using the wax paper as a guide.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  9. Slice into sushi rolls about one inch thick and serve.
