Instructions
- Combine water, butter, sugar, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan and bring to a rolling boil over medium heat.
- Mix in the flour until a smooth dough forms.
- Cool the dough for about 5 minutes, then incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
- Pipe the dough into the hot oil, frying small batches at a time.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Serve with chocolate or caramel sauce for dipping.
