Description

Firecracker Chicken bursts with bold flavors and vibrant colors, featuring tender chicken coated in a sweet and spicy glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 23 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the sauce to the chicken and let it bubble for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight in the sauce. You can also use air fryer for a lighter version.
