- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2–3 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sauce to the chicken and let it bubble for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight in the sauce. You can also use air fryer for a lighter version.
