Description

A delightful twist on a classic dish, these handheld rolls combine fluffy scrambled eggs, savory ham, and a rich hollandaise sauce, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of crescent dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 slices of ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended and fluffy.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and patiently scramble until fluffy and warm.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and cut it into rectangles.
  5. Spoon a portion of scrambled eggs and chopped ham into the center of each rectangle, leaving enough room to fold over.
  6. Roll the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal them tightly.
  7. Place the rolls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle each roll with hollandaise sauce before serving.

Notes

You can customize the filling with seasonal ingredients or personal favorites like sautéed spinach or smoked salmon.
