Description
A delightful twist on a classic dish, these handheld rolls combine fluffy scrambled eggs, savory ham, and a rich hollandaise sauce, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of crescent dough
- 4 eggs
- 3 slices of ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended and fluffy.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and patiently scramble until fluffy and warm.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and cut it into rectangles.
- Spoon a portion of scrambled eggs and chopped ham into the center of each rectangle, leaving enough room to fold over.
- Roll the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal them tightly.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Drizzle each roll with hollandaise sauce before serving.
Notes
You can customize the filling with seasonal ingredients or personal favorites like sautéed spinach or smoked salmon.
