Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat until aromatic.
- Warm the milk gently while stirring, until it’s warm to the touch but not boiling.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese gradually, stirring continuously until it melts into the warm milk.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm in a bowl alongside crispy tortilla chips.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, reduce the milk. For a thinner sauce, add more milk gradually until desired consistency is reached.
