Description

A warm and creamy homemade nacho cheese dip that transforms any occasion into a spectacular feast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat until aromatic.
  2. Warm the milk gently while stirring, until it’s warm to the touch but not boiling.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese gradually, stirring continuously until it melts into the warm milk.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve warm in a bowl alongside crispy tortilla chips.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, reduce the milk. For a thinner sauce, add more milk gradually until desired consistency is reached.
