Description

Indulge in luxurious chocolate eggs filled with a rich hazelnut and strawberry essence, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 10.6 oz high-quality white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • Red or pink food coloring (optional)
  • 2.8 oz milk chocolate
  • 2.5 oz hazelnut spread
  • 1.4 oz crisped rice cereal
  • 1.1 oz roasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Edible gold leaf as needed
  • Melted chocolate for sealing

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. Add the strawberry powder and food coloring, mixing well.
  3. Coat the silicone molds with the chocolate mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Chill the molds for 10 minutes, then apply a second layer and chill again for 15 minutes.
  5. Prepare the filling by melting the milk chocolate and mixing in the hazelnut spread, vanilla, and other filling ingredients.
  6. Fill the chocolate shells, leaving a border to ensure sealing.
  7. Seal the eggs with a second half and smooth seams with melted chocolate.
  8. Add edible gold leaf for decoration if desired.
  9. Final chill in the refrigerator until serving.
