- 1.1 oz roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- Edible gold leaf as needed
- Melted chocolate for sealing
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Add the strawberry powder and food coloring, mixing well.
- Coat the silicone molds with the chocolate mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Chill the molds for 10 minutes, then apply a second layer and chill again for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by melting the milk chocolate and mixing in the hazelnut spread, vanilla, and other filling ingredients.
- Fill the chocolate shells, leaving a border to ensure sealing.
- Seal the eggs with a second half and smooth seams with melted chocolate.
- Add edible gold leaf for decoration if desired.
- Final chill in the refrigerator until serving.
