Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced strawberries and sugar in a large bowl; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt in another bowl until smooth.
- Fold the strawberry mixture into the batter until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.

For a make-ahead option, prepare the pie a day in advance to allow flavors to deepen.
