Description

A savory dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a crunchy Parmesan coating topped with a rich, creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up your breading station with three shallow dishes: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and the last for a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Prepare the creamy garlic sauce by sautéing minced garlic in a saucepan, then adding the heavy cream and stirring until thickened.
  8. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute breadcrumbs with almond flour. Can use air fryer as a healthier cooking alternative.
