Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up your breading station with three shallow dishes: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and the last for a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Prepare the creamy garlic sauce by sautéing minced garlic in a saucepan, then adding the heavy cream and stirring until thickened.
- Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
