- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until fluffy and tender. Keep it warm and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, roughly 6-8 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 3-5 minutes, thickening beautifully.
- Serve the creamy chicken mixture generously over the jasmine rice.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Optionally, serve with broccoli or mushrooms and drizzle chili oil over the top.
