Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli (optional)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until fluffy and tender. Keep it warm and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, roughly 6-8 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 3-5 minutes, thickening beautifully.
  5. Serve the creamy chicken mixture generously over the jasmine rice.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Optionally, serve with broccoli or mushrooms and drizzle chili oil over the top.
